Two Ways to Fund Your Play
How you deposit and withdraw on PokerNex depends on how you play — through the open Lobby, or through a private Club. Here’s exactly how each one works.
1. Lobby: Deposit & Withdraw Yourself
If you play in the open PokerNex Lobby, deposits and withdrawals are fully self-service — done directly on the PokerNex website (browser) or the Android app. There is currently no iOS app — iPhone users can use the website in their browser instead.
- Open web.pokernex.net or the PokerNex app and log in to your Lobby account.
- Go to the Deposit or Withdraw section.
- Choose your payment channel, enter the amount, and confirm.
- Your chip balance updates as soon as it’s processed — no need to contact anyone.
2. Club: Deposit & Withdraw Through Your Club Owner
If you play in a private Club, deposits and withdrawals go through your Club owner — think of them as your Club’s customer service. They’re the ones who credit your chips and process your cash-outs.
- Contact your Club owner directly (usually via WhatsApp, Telegram, or however they normally reach you) to request a deposit or withdrawal.
- Confirm the amount with them before sending or requesting funds.
- Your Club owner updates your balance once the transaction is confirmed on their end.
Since Club owners vet and manage their own members, always deal directly with the same Club owner you registered under — never a third party claiming to represent your Club.
3. Why It’s Trackable
Whether through the Lobby app or your Club owner, every deposit and withdrawal is tied to your account and follows a consistent process each time. That means there’s always a clear record — useful for you, and for support if anything ever needs to be checked.
4. Tips for Smooth Transactions
- Lobby players: double-check the amount before confirming in the app — deposits and withdrawals can’t be undone once submitted.
- Club players: only communicate with your verified Club owner, and confirm amounts in writing before sending funds.
- Everyone: keep your app updated for the latest cashier features and security fixes.
