Player Rules

These rules protect fair play, security and responsible transactions. By using BABYDUCK or PokerNex, you accept them.

01Fair Play

Play honestly and independently. BABYDUCK may monitor gameplay, accounts and transactions to investigate suspicious activity.

02Reporting a Problem

Report suspicious play to official customer service with the Hand ID, a short explanation and any screenshots or recordings. Reports will be handled confidentially where possible.

03Prohibited Conduct

Bots, Automation & RTA: No automated play or live strategy assistance.
Collusion, Team Play, Soft Play & Chip Dumping: No cooperation or chip transfers for unfair advantage.
Multiple Accounts & Account Sharing: One player, one account.
Emulators, Modified Apps, Remote Desktop & Screen Sharing: No unauthorized software or outside control.
VPNs & False Information: Do not bypass location or eligibility restrictions.
Ratholing & Jackpot Mining: Do not manipulate table rules or jackpot play.
Abuse, Fraud & Money Laundering: No harassment or manipulation of games, promotions or transactions.

04Reviews and Penalties

BABYDUCK may review gameplay and account records. Penalties may include warnings, suspension, withheld gains, account freezing or permanent removal, including restrictions on related accounts.

05Chips and Transactions

Official chip value: 1 chip = MYR1. Use approved channels and verify details before sending funds. Players are responsible for transaction errors and private trades. Suspicious transfers may be delayed, frozen or investigated.

06Account and Eligibility

One verified player may use one account. Legal-age, location and eligibility rules apply, and BABYDUCK may request verification.

07System Issues

Scheduled PokerNex Maintenance: Every Thursday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (GMT+8). Game and account access may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

PokerNex relies on third-party systems. BABYDUCK is not responsible for issues outside its control, and incidents will be handled using available platform records and official resolutions.

08Acceptance and Updates

Using the service means accepting these rules, security reviews and future updates needed for fairness, security or compliance.

Play responsibly. Set limits, never chase losses and contact customer service if you need account assistance.
